Change Workspace Ownership

As an Owner of a Workspace, you get full rights in the workspace and can also manage your billing & subscription.

The Owner of the Workspace can easily transfer the ownership to any other users of the Workspace. In such a case, the newly assigned Owner will automatically get all the respective rights that an Owner enjoys. At the same time, the ex-Owner of the Workspace will automatically become the “Admin”. 

Let us see how you can transfer the Ownership of a Workspace. 

Step 1: Go to the “Admin” section in the side menu of your Dashboard and visit “Workspace Management” 

Step 2: Click on the “Owner Control” sub-section and then select “Change Ownership”. 

Step 3: Under the section named “Transfer WS Ownership”, select another user to be nominated as the new Owner and press “Transfer Ownership”.

Step 4: Confirm the step by entering your password and pressing “Transfer”.  The process of transferring ownership of the Workspace will begin. Once completed, the new nominated user will become the Owner of the workspace.
